Prakruti Mishra is not new to Odia industry, since from the childhood itself she shows her talents in various ways, like televisions, films etc. Daughter of music director Manmath Mishra, Prakruti knows her basic musical notations well. Though untrained, Prakruti claims to be a good singer though her inclination is more towards sports.

The actress, who has done a number of films, television soaps, music albums and documentaries as a child artist, is set to begin her second innings in the world of cinema. Prakruti Mishra is now ready to shed her child actor.

 

 

Chilhood Achievements:

At five years of age, Prakruti was roped in to play a part in popular bhajan singer Namita Agarwal’s video. She soon caught the eye of director Sisir Mishra, who cast her as the young Anu Choudhury in his filmSabata Maa.

 

Prakruti bagged the 2005 Orissa State Film Award for best child artiste for the film Sasu Ghara Chalijibi.

 

Various Character of Prkruti in Television and Films:

 

She is very much appreciated by the audience for her role of Bubbly Smruti in famous Odia serial Tulasi, and where she is able to create her own place in each one’s heart. Her role in serial Mausi is herat touching which we cannot ignore.

 

Although she is scared of ghost in real life, still then she did the ghost role in (Hari Bhai Hare Na) perfectly which shows that she knows very well how to control the fear and justifies her character honestly.

She did many films like Pagala Karichi Paunji Tora and Saat Sure Bandha Ei Jibana which is very impressive. Apart from television and films, she has worked in documentaries, advertisement and music albums.

 

The view of Prakruti about film:

“Working in films is a different ball game altogether. Of the entire medium that I have worked, films are what I have enjoyed the most. Watching oneself on the big screen is an ecstatic feeling,” she added.

 

Dreams of Prakruti:

She is ready to accept all the kinds of role and have faith on herself that she will definitely impress the audience through her style of acting. But each one has their own dream which he/she has to fulfill it.  Parkruti’s aim is to play the role Chndramukhi in Devdas. Having learnt the basics of dancing from noted Odissi dancer Guru Saswat Joshi, the actress believes that she has similar kind of spark and can give the same step like Madhuri Dixit.
