As the song goes viral over social media, its lyricist Mitrabhanu Gountia and music director Prabhudatta Pradhan have moved the court alleging copyright violation. A suit of `1 crore has been filed against the organisation and persons involved in remaking of the number. The petitioners contended that the song had distorted the lyric and composition while remaking the song without obtaining their permission.
