Bindaas Bol…kana Kala Se…

Odisha is famous for its own land and its culture. In the traditional way we are more famous for our bhaichara(brother hood ness). That is why its a land of lord Jagannath Balabhadra and Devi subhadra..

I SJ never into this culture as because I born and brought up in western odisha ,Titilagarh dist bolangir, like never so determined for lord Jagannath as we were staying so far..I remember it was hardly an odissi performance once in a blue moon ,people didn’t even know that boys also dance odissi..just imagine so much behind the knowledge.. And now a days I am into fulltime devotee of odissi and lord Jagannath and Odiya culture not only practicing but also trying to put in in international platform…

These days in Bhubaneswar a lot many events for odissi taking place lot of dancers took interest in it. Every corner of Bhubaneswar you will find an odissi school so I really don’t know how safe it is for the future of odissi art n culture . After learning of 3 or 4 years a guy or a girl become a teacher so calls GURU..but the maturity of a personality how it will reflect on them I really don’t have idea..its a good sign that they are independent not depending financially much to parents but up to some extend its affecting their own personality.. Slowly they become insecure less confidant doubtful which is against the ethics of a dancer.Dancers should be more classy in their own learning level..if you are under a guru a long year of training then your all types of experience will show in your work what ever you will design to present. I am upset that young kids those are not so perfect in dance they become a trainer and try to earn money through art. Well they can but at least please don’t use the name of culture.. Thousands and thousands choreographer in the city, in face book , in twitter but are they really aesthetically so much perfect..who is gonna judge them and who will certify them..Big trouble for odisha art and culture field..

Are they able to survive in a long run?

How secure is their future?

Is parents well convinced that their son or daughter what ever is doing is that correct?

Who is there to guide them?

Any seminar or workshop for all this young people to develop their skill?

Well readers I realised…

Money is for glamour
But glamour is not for art and artist…
Talent matters…

Bindaas bol kana Kala Se……
Small smile on your face…
